Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe is a Boston restaurant serving authentic dishes from the Xi'an Province in China. Specializing in hand-pulled noodles and a simple menu, I approached the brand with the intention of bringing an element of playfulness, but refraining from being so trendy it alienated loyal customers.
